1.1. Site — a collection of textual, graphical, and other information published on the Internet at thedesignscope.net.
1.2. Administration — DesignScope studio, which manages the Site and provides Services.
1.3. User — any individual or legal entity accessing the Site and/or using the Services.
1.4. Services — design, branding, development, and consulting services provided by the Administration.
2.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") govern the relationship between the Administration and the User regarding the use of the Site and the provision of Services.
2.2. By using the Site, the User confirms that they have read the terms of the Agreement and accept them in full.
2.3. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to the Agreement without notifying the User. The new version of the Agreement comes into effect from the moment it is published on the Site.
4.1. Specific terms of Service provision (scope, timeline, cost) are agreed upon individually and documented in a separate contract or commercial proposal.
4.2. Information published on the Site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a public offer.
4.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse the provision of Services without explanation.
5.1. All materials published on the Site (texts, images, design, logos) are the intellectual property of the Administration, unless otherwise stated.
5.2. Work results created during the provision of Services are transferred to the User after full payment, unless otherwise specified in the contract.
5.3. The User is not entitled to copy, distribute, or use Site materials without the written permission of the Administration.
6.1. The Administration is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site.
6.2. The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Site and is not liable for temporary outages.
6.3. The User bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the information provided and compliance with the law.
7.1. All disputes and disagreements arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations.
7.2. If agreement cannot be reached, disputes shall be resolved in court at the location of the Administration in accordance with applicable law.
8.1. This Agreement is governed by applicable law.
8.2. If any provision of the Agreement is found to be invalid, this does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
